Pacific Ridge Home Services My name is Jim Lawrence and I am the founder of Pacific Ridge Home Services, LLC. I decided to become a Home Inspector after observing an acquaintance struggle with repairing a recent "Brand New" home purchase. I saw the necessity of ensuring your home purchase is inspected by a qualified and professional home inspector, even if it is "Brand New".

I have over 9 years of construction experience. I was a licensed contractor in Washington State. I have experience with framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical wiring and repair, siding installation, pouring foundations, insulation, drywall, tile work, painting, trim installation, landscaping (retaining walls, rockery), pouring driveways, as well as driveway repair/maintenance. I also have over 10 years of automotive repair experience. This experience helps give me the knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems.

I believe in providing my clients with respect, integrity, and expertise. I will use my extensive construction knowledge to help ensure I provide you with a very accurate and in depth non-invasive home inspection.
